closing topics

I really don't agree closing topics because what if we find something new for the request or locked topic?

locked topic won't help any1 in the future.

almost all topics on recent section are locked :( I couldn't replied, (i know I can but that's no the idea if some1 locked it.

well seeing as you are an admin, admins can reopen a closed topic if need be. the point of closing them is to organize the website some.

hmmm... well it's ok. but then don't closes some fast. I've never locked a topic only if it really needs it.

Shiz and I both close request topics after they are filled... If not, then we have people asking questions in both the request topic and the posted download... it gets too confusing...

It's also better if any concerns are posted where the download is actually posted so all related questions and concerns, and the download itself, are located in the same place...
